If a subscription lapses — for any reason — we maintain a 12-month grace period before taking any irreversible action. We understand that a lapsed payment may mean the account holder has passed away, so we treat this with great care. A pending death claim will always be processed regardless of subscription status. The lifetime plan removes this concern entirely.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time through your customer account. You'll pay the difference in the annual subscription from your next renewal date, and we'll send you a replacement USB drive at a reduced hardware upgrade cost.
Yes — there are no age restrictions on any AngelPass plan, including lifetime. The lifetime plan is particularly popular with customers over 60 who prefer a single payment with no ongoing commitment, but it's available to everyone.
We offer a full 30-day money back guarantee on all plans, including the lifetime option. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
